There are a lot of different boot camp classes in New Orleans, but only one personal training team has offered a free boot camp class every week for the last 10 years (yep, you’re looking at us)! Our boot camp classes are held at Audubon park on Saturdays at 9:30am and Mondays at 5:30pm. Each class is held by a certified personal trainer, giving you the ability to get in shape with in a group setting and get seriously motivated by an experienced personal trainer, all while sticking to your budget. At Pro Fitness Trainers, we believe that no training program should begin without having a very clear snapshot of the client’s current physical condition. That’s why we offer a free, no-strings-attached fitness assessment to anyone who is thinking of starting a training regimen with us. The fitness assessment takes about 30 minutes, and allows us collect simple, yet vital health information. During the initial assessment we will discover your fitness goals, collect anthropometric data (height, weight, body fat %, and girth measurements) to help us show progress and success over time, and conduct a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), seven tests that look at fundamental movements in an effort to identify and correct limitations and imbalances in the body. To have a personal trainer come to your home is both convenient and productive. Pro Fitness Trainers offers this personal training services with expert guidance in the comfort of your home. Each private workout session is custom tailored to your fitness goals. Prior to beginning your fitness training program, PFT will conduct an extensive interview and assessment. Workout sessions are approximately one hour; advanced sessions can be up to 2 hours. A typical session might include:
