Pro Fitness Trainers is a New Orleans-based personal training service founded by retired football player Eric Capers in 1999. An athlete for most of his life, after leaving the field Eric decided to put that knowledge to good use in sports training and performance to become a NASM Master Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and has a background in physical therapy (PTA) and an associated degree in kinesiology. His focus is on getting his clients the best results in the healthiest, most fun way possible.

I’m a 21-year-old college student here in New Orleans who loves music, culture, dance, and good food! My passion for fitness came from an illness that caused me to lose nearly 30 pounds. Since then I've become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and am not only striving to be in the best health but encouraging others to do the same! I pride myself on my empathetic yet motivational approach to fitness and would love to help you make a difference in your life!
